Grieg Group Resources is a fully owned subsidiary of Grieg Maturitas, taking care of administrative services for the Group Companies. Services are mainly provided within:

• Finance and accounting
• Human Resources
• Communication and information

Grieg Group Resources is acting on behalf of the Group Strategy Council with regards to coordination and the fulfilling of common efforts and specific projects. Thereby the company contributes to exploit existing synergies in order to strengthen the corporate culture and its influence within the Group.
