Grieg Star is a fully integrated shipping group and the owner of one of the world’s largest open-hatch fleets.
The company owns, manages, market and operates 26 open-hatch general cargo vessels and has a newbuilding programme involving the delivery of 12 new vessels by 2014.
Grieg Star is located in Bergen and Oslo, Norway with offices and representation in Atlanta, Mobile, Savannah, Vancouver., Long Beach, Rotterdam, Brussels, Livorno, Gothenburg, Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo, Vancouver B.C, Squamish and Manila.
Grieg Star employs 889 persons, of whom 637 are sailing personnel and 252 office personnel.
